Native Habitat:
Native to the Chihuahuan Desert of northeastern and central Mexico, including San Luis Potosí, Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Coahuila, Zacatecas, and Querétaro. Flowering Information:

Soil Type:
Requires an exceptionally fast-draining mineral cactus mix consisting of pumice, crushed limestone, coarse sand, decomposed granite, and gravel with minimal organic matter. Excellent drainage is essential for maintaining healthy roots and preventing rot.
