Eriosyce taltalensis subs. paucicostata is native to Chile, where it occurs in the region of Antofagasta, between Antofagosta and Caldera. The species occurs in coastal hills on rocky soils, exposed, but with protection from direct sun through coastal fog.The plants obtain water mainly from condensation.
This is for one plant growing in a 5" inch container shipped bare root. All of our plants are grown in the beautiful Temecula Valley in sunny Southern California, and we ship within the United States. Shipping is done Monday thru Friday. Heat packs are available at $3 each and they add a half pound to shipping weight.
